A: We believe our offers are fair and reasonable. In our experience, many sellers aren’t necessarily expecting a large “windfall” on the property but rather appreciate that we can offer cash, we close very quickly (no waiting for financing), and no time, effort, or expense is required to fix up the property or pay agent fees. Our goal is always to come to a fair win-win price for your home.
A: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We take many pieces of information into consideration and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
A: This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house. There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to PAD Home Buyers. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your house (and we’ll often pay for the closing costs too)! No hassle. No fees.
A: Once we buy your house, we have a few options. We may repair the home and then list it for a profit. But we are taking a risk if the house doesn’t sell quickly or the repairs cost more than we anticipated. We may also resell it ‘as-is’ to another investor, but typically we get it ready for the next family to enjoy.
A: There is absolutely zero obligation for you. Once you submit information about your property, we’ll make an assessment and possibly call you to find out more. Once we make an offer, you decide whether to accept or walk away. We won’t hassel you or pressure you into a decision. If you decide to sell to us, great!
